Hyderabad: Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday conducted a review meeting with ACB, Police Department and Law Department over Cash-for-Vote case which was related to the bribing of TRS MLC Elvis Stephenson by then TDP Leader Revanth Reddy as per the order of Chandrababu Naidu. TRS Government is now focusing on the sensational case based on the fact that Babu’s voice in phone conversation was identified by Forensic Experts.
In addition, KCR is keen to set up commissions to investigate the land allotments during TDP and Congress rule in United AP since 1999. From second half of 2003 to 2004, Then outgoing CM Chandrababu Naidu has allotted 26,634 acres to various firms for nominal prices. Around 10,000 acres out of them are in and around Hyderabad. Several cases were booked against Naidu by ACB and Vigilence complaining that an outgoing CM isn’t permitted to take any such decisions.
Sanctioning 850 acres of land at Shamshabad to IMG for just Rs 50,000 per acre, Land allotments to Polepalli SEZ, Madhapur & Manikonda IT Park, Raheja and EMAAR Properties has come up for discussion during the meeting. The target of Telangana CM seems to be Chandrababu Naidu and T-Congress as 2019 Polls aren’t far away.
